The Effect of Skill Training in Improving Teachers Competency to Made-Teacher Test Base on HOTS

Abstract

Making test by teacher is competency of teachers, so the teacher must be make a test. In 4.0 industry revolution, a teacher can made-teacher test. The aim of training is to make and to develop multiple choice test base on HOTS by teacher. High order thinking skill (HOTS) is level of thinking ability, with content C4 to C6 on cognitive of Bloom taxonomy, this is operational verb formed. On community dedication conduct training about HOTS on SMKN 1 Batusangkar. Type of training is skill training, structured, and programmed. Participant is 30 teachers, to conduct in 40 hours. The program begun is pretest, and conduct training, and then tutorial for teachers, an in the program end to conduct post test. This is training program, sponsored by LP2M UNP Padang, 2019. This is training program done pre-post test only design, and it can increase skill to make-teacher test base on HOTS (with means : pretest 61,76 and posttest 74,98),. This is training program have some output, like is 25 set test base HOTS, photos, and video. Conclusion, the skill training program on community dedication by Wakhinuddin team can increase teacher competency to make-teacher test base on HOTS.
