Nationalism education paradigm at ngruki islamic boarding school

Abstract

The study aimed to reveal how to nationalism education paradigm at Pesantren Ngruki. This qualitative research used purposive sampling technique to select the informants between santris, teachers and kiais. Based on the Creswell method, the data collections were analysed, such as data collection, organization, reading, memo, description, classification, interpretation, and visualization. The study showed that nationalism education was done through interactive learning, using problem-based learning methods, constructing knowledge, and evaluating the learning process. As a result, the outcome of the learning process shows that radicalism can be prevented through nationalism education paradigm.
