Learning science means studying objects that exist in nature with applicable concepts. Studying physics, physical phenomena that occur in nature can be investigated. Scientific dichotomy often forms the boundary between physics and religion. Both are considered unable to explain each other because they are in different realms. This understanding can be solved by the concept of modern physics. The concept of physics is divided into classical concepts and modern concepts. The study of modern physics, which is microscopic and in-depth, will lead to a basic understanding of the behavior of matter at the atomic and sub-atomic scale. A discussion of the Special Theory of Relativity helps understand the nature of time dilation and the twin paradox. The concept of time dilation explains that the time felt by people who are in motion is relatively different from the time felt by people who are at rest. The perceived time of a stationary observer is slower than that of a relative moving observer. The concept of the twin paradox explains the nature of time, how time differs between two different dimensional places, the dimensions of earth and space. The concept of time dilation can be used to study religion. Exploring how the time difference between on earth and in the hereafter is hinted by Allah SWT, how to study according to the Qur'an (QS As-Sajdah: 5, QS An-Nahl: 1, QS An-Nahl: 40, QS Al Ma’arij : 4, QS Al-Kahfi: 19, QS Al-Kahfi: 25, QS Al Mu’minun: 112-114) and realizing the human condition on earth, namely in a state of loss (Surah Al-Asr: 1-3).
