The purpose of this study is to analyze: 1) The effect of leadership on organizational culture, 2) Effect of leadership to work commitments, 3) The influence of organizational culture on work commitments, 4) The effect of leadership on employee performance, 5) The influence of organizational culture on employee performance, 6 ) The effect of job commitment to employee performance. This research is causality. This research is causality. The population is all employees of the Department of Education teacher Padang Pariaman Region is numbered as many as 57 people. The sample size is 57 people (total sampling). The data analysis technique is descriptive analysis, test requirements analysis and hypothesis testing and regression analysis path. The results of this study found that: 1) Leadership significant effect on organizational culture, 2) Leadership significant effect on work commitments, 3) Cultural organizations significant effect on work commitments, 4) Leadership significant effect on the performance of employees, 5) organizational culture significantly influence employee performance, 6) Commitment significant effect on employee performance.
