In the age of digital technology, 21st century learning is an era of change and innovation in education. Rural or rural preschools in Malaysia have shown their dedication to making 21st century learning a prime medium for increasing literacy. The use of multimedia during preschool children's learning sessions is more interactive by relying on the integration of various media including audio, video, graphics and more to enhance children's language development. The research to be conducted by the researcher is to find out the level of readiness of the pre-school teachers in the development of early childhood literacy based on 21st century learning. The study sample consisted of 30 respondent in third grade rural primary school teachers in Kapit District, Sarawak. The findings of this study are expected to help preschool teachers improve the level of knowledge, understanding and readiness of 21st century learners in early childhood literacy development. %R https://doi.org/10.32698/GCS-04319
