Teaching style of educators in historical learning


This research is motivated by the appearance of educators in delivering learning material in only one direction without any response from students, as a result students look less enthusiastic in following the learning process. The research method used is qualitative research (Field Research), data collection tools are observation, interviews and documentation. Data processing and analysis techniques include data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The first research result is Gunung Talang 2 Public High School established on November 19, 2005. The second is the History Learning Implementation Plan, which is conducted in two hours, one hour consisting of 45 minutes for one meeting in one week. Third is the teaching style of educators which consists of: Classical teaching style, teaching style Personalization, Interactional teaching style, Fourth is an effective and efficient teaching style, from the implementation of teaching style carried out by educators who are most effective and efficient in implementing learning is interactional teaching style.
