The background of this is dealing with students interest who become openly for asking asking for help from their peers in term of solving the problems they experience, without eliminating a professional counselor or a peer counseling. Students who can help friends in solving problems are those who have been specially selected and followed the selection process. The results of the study showed that the preparation was done by using several instruments, questionnaire to express interest and also the selection based on the criteria determined by the counseling Teacher. The steps of conducting peer counseling with mentoring and monitoring from the counseling counselor provide a fairly good understanding with communicative delivery. Evaluating peer counseling, the counseling teacher follows up and evaluates the activities by asking for regular spoken and written reports, observing, discussing changes of the clients, consulting and transferring the cases to the counselor.
